Hello, Friend,
First, let me tell you how deeply grateful I am for you. I took a leap of faith a month ago, knowing full well I might fall flat on my face. Yet, somehow, almost four hundred people have signed on to my weird little adventure. What?! I’m so grateful for you, for this new community, for the opportunity to get up every day with a sense of purpose.
Yes, it’s a work in progress, but I feel like that’s part of the fun. Consider this a virtual pu pu platter of awesome sauce.
I’ll be enjoying the holiday with my family tomorrow. If you’re celebrating Thanksgiving, I hope your turkey is moist, your stuffing is fluffy, your pie crust is tender, your waistband is stretchy, and everyone behaves…or misbehaves...in the best possible way.
I truly believe that the antidote to the outrage machine is seizing as much joy as possible whenever possible. Thus, I have decked our halls (as people have done since ancient times) to get through the darkest days of the year.
Let the decking begin!
Huzzah!
Cheers, Madge a.k.a. Margot
