It is so much to process, I think we have to keep making noise and yes, reach out to people. I don’t think a lot of people even know what is happening. It is overwhelming.

The UK news has knacker all on any of this including Black Rock Private Equity gobbling up UK land. It's irritating, but at the same time a direct consequence of the general dumbing down and the simplified, infantalisation of the trad broadsheet media and main news channels here.

If I meet yet another idiot lady or idiot gentlemen who initially presents as a pleasent gentle soul, engaging in the usual topics of british conversation i.e. the weather... - who then proceeds to burble on about GB News & Talk TV as they think the BBC promotes conspiracies...then I really will consider hari kiri.. - or perhaps just a giant inflatable mallet to bonk them, & any reform party member ( see what I did there..), on the head.

What amazes and, quite frankly, frightens me, is this media and anti-social media disinformation is a global phenomenon. How we stop it is the existential question.

Yes, unfortunately, selfishness is a default mode for a shocking number of people. We live in information bubbles, which exacerbates so much of the ignorance. Plus, a lot of people simply don’t pay attention. I’m also, honestly, exhausted by people who know what is happening and seem more interested in shitting on anyone trying to do something proactive than they are in doing anything themselves. Hang in there! ❤️
