Surprise! It’s Wednesday and I have officially run out of foxes and fucks.
Soooooo…here’s the thing…
I can’t do it anymore. It is crushing me.
The 24/7 assault on dignity and decency is designed to destroy us. Writing about it every day means looking at it constantly. I’m perpetually furious and profoundly sad. I’m finding it increasingly difficult to get through the day. I can’t stop crying. I feel helpless and hopeless and heartbroken. I’m a tender hearted human and I have to take care of me if I have any hope of making a difference in the world.
I’m not giving up the fight, not even a little. I’m shifting the battle.
Every time the media shares another toxic ‘tw-uth’ tapped out by the Tangerine Tyrant, they make him stronger. I refuse to enable or empower him. Nothing weakens a narcissist more than indifference. There’s a whole world out here with billions of fascinating people living in it.
Let him eat grey rocks.

In a world of rampant cynicism, performative cruelty, toxic rhetoric, and fake news, I want to offer shameless optimism, random kindness, unfettered honesty, and really weird art.
I intend to be the humor, creativity, and inspiration I want to see in the world.

I am behind you 100%. I have a graphic art studio, and I refuse to bow to the AI god. As far as narcissists go, the rule of thumb is NO CONTACT. Just thinking about them gives them power. Art, love, and music will save us, as they have throughout history. Nurture yourself, you are too valuable to be wasted!
